Where biblical numerology is concerned, every number within the Bible is said to have a particular meaning. So, in the Old Testament as well as the New Testament, when a number is read, people also look at the underlying message contained in the number while reading the text. For instance, the number 1 in the Bible represents unity and the number also stands for God, Truth and Baptism. The number 2 stands for division and it represents the union of man and woman, the dual nature of Christ (one being an ordinary human being and the other being the Son of God), and it also stands for good and evil.

Number 3 means divine completion and represents many things, like the Holy Trinity, Peter denying Jesus three times, the resurrection of Christ on the third day after crucifixion, and Jonah living inside the whale for three days.

Similarly, all the numbers have a meaning and connotation attached to them. There are many numbers and even combination of numbers that are found across the Bible. Some of these numbers are symbolic in nature, while others have precise meanings attached to them. All these numbers are part of biblical numerology. However, people must understand that in the Bible, there is no mention of numerology or any calculations associated with numbers.
