Astrology And Numerology

A combination of astrology and numerology is known as astro-numerology and this technique of divination was developed in ancient India during the Vedic times. When you look at astrology and numerology, you realize that different ancient cultures have contributed to it. While both forms of divination developed separately, somewhere along the lines, they were combined to come up with a new technique to foretell the future.

In astro-numerology, there are certain things that are required in order to predict a person's future. The date of birth and the name of the person are required. Each letter from the name is given a numeric value and then these values are added together. The same is also true for the date of birth, where the numbers are added. The resultant 2 numeric values are then added and the relationship between the vibrations is ascertained. In many cases it has been seen that the relationship is not favorable, so people add an extra letter to their names to get the relationship in harmony.

In some cultures, like Hinduism, there is a belief that people are blessed based on the good deeds performed in their previous lives. Hence, a person gets wealth, health, fame and fortune based on his or her deeds done in the previous life. Those who do not get this blessing can make use of numerology and astrology to change their current name and add a letter to bring it to harmony with their birth date. This will help them get the blessings of God and help them to be successful in their present life. In order to do this change, such people require the services of an astro-numerologist who will analyze the different aspects of their name, date of birth and stars, and accordingly suggest a suitable addition of letter to their name.
